The number of Watch Parties for Obama's Acceptance Speech on Thursday, August 18, is growing rapidly. Locally there are parties scheduled for Crystal's Party Bar at the Crystal Lake Holiday Inn hosted by McHenry County for Obams, a Watch Party sponsored by Congresswoman Melissa Bean and NWSuburbs for Obama at Docks Bar & Grill in Wauconda, and a house party in Cary.

Join us Saturday, August 23rd, for the Richmond Days Parade. Line-up time is 9-9:30 AM at the Richmond Grade School, 5815 Broadway Street, Richmond. Parade starts at 10 AM.
